Estate cleanouts in Vero Beach and Indian River County
After a sale, or instead of one. We donate what we can, remove the rest, and leave the home empty and ready to list or hand over.
Donation with receipts
Usable items go to local Indian River County charities. We get you receipts for your taxes.
Haul-away
What can't be sold or donated leaves on our trucks. No dumpster in the driveway for a week.
Empty and ready
The home is left empty for the listing photos, the closing, or the next owner.
After an estate sale
Every sale has leftovers. When the sale closes, you choose what happens next: donate, let us buy out what's left, or have us clear the home. Most cleanouts after a sale happen within a few days.
Without a sale
Some homes don't need a sale. Maybe the valuable items are already gone, or the family wants it done fast. For those homes, we offer the One-Price Buyout. You get one number. If the contents are worth more than the cost to clear them, we pay you. If not, you pay one flat fee.
Typical cleanout jobs
- Leftovers after an estate sale
- A home going on the market next week
- A rental after a tenant leaves things behind
- A garage, attic, or shed nobody has touched in years
- A condo that must be empty by an HOA or closing date
Cleanout questions
What happens to items that don't sell?
You choose. We can donate them to local Indian River County charities and get you receipts for your taxes. We can buy out what's left. Or we can clear the home so it's empty and ready to list or hand over to the next owner.
Will the house be empty when you're done?
Yes. If you choose the cleanout or the buyout, the home is left empty. If you'd like it cleaned too, tell us at the walkthrough and we'll set it up.
Could I end up paying you instead of you paying me?
Yes, and we'll be straight with you about it. A home full of worn furniture and everyday items can cost more to clear than it's worth on resale. In that case the One-Price Buyout is a flat cleanout fee. It's still one number, agreed up front, with no extra charges for the dumpster or the second truck.
Should we throw things away before you come?
No. Please don't. Families often throw out things that sell, like old tools, costume jewelry, vintage kitchenware, records, and holiday decorations. Leave it all where it is and let us look first.
Need a home cleared?
Tell us about the home and your deadline. We'll give you one price and a date.
