What happens after you call us

1. The first call

Call (772) 999-4457 or email us. We'll ask about the home, your timeline, and who has the authority to sell the contents. We reply within one business day.

2. The free walkthrough

We tour the home in person. If you live out of state, a family member, neighbor, or attorney can let us in. We'll tell you what a sale should bring, what the One-Price Buyout would be, and which one we'd pick in your place.

3. You pick a plan

You get the terms in writing: our commission for a sale, or one number for the buyout. Take time to decide. There's no cost for the walkthrough and no pressure to sign.

4. Set aside what the family keeps

Take the keepsakes, or tell us what they are and we'll set them aside. Remove personal papers, photos, and anything with account numbers. Please don't throw anything else away. People often toss things that sell.

If you chose a full estate sale

Sort and price. One to two weeks, depending on the size of the home. We research items that may have real value and price everything else to what local buyers pay.

Sale weekend. Two to three days, fully staffed. We market the sale to our buyer list and the public. You don't need to be there.

Settle up. You get a written accounting of every sale and your proceeds after the sale closes.

Clear the rest. Donate, buy out, or clear what's left, usually within a few days.

If you chose the One-Price Buyout

Set a date. We schedule the pack-out around your closing, lease, or move.

We clear the home. Our crew packs and removes everything included in the price.

Settle up. We pay you the agreed amount, or you pay the agreed flat fee. Nothing else gets added.

5. An empty house

The home is ready to list, sell, or hand over. If you want help with the house, we work with a licensed Florida real estate broker who can list it, sell it, or get you a cash offer.
